My sadness My Solution

My sadness: How I overcome it

Keep my Mental Health

In the journey of our life, we come across a day when life feels heavy and emotions weigh us down, our moods do not allow us to feel good, happy and many a times you may not like to be at home or be with friends. Sometime being alone in itself can be therapeutic.

Stepping out into the world can be a good way to change your moods, heal and regain balance. Venturing out alone not only offers a change of scenery, surroundings, environment but also allows for self-reflection and rejuvenation.

My experience and reflection of the mindset at these times.

Most of the times, I go window shopping alone. I feel so relaxed; mind is distracted and I am out of the moods with which I stepped out of my house. I don’t drive; I walkout take public transport.

The biggest advantage is that you are among the people, not alone, and you start to become busy in your mind with buying ticket, paying, checking time, reaching the transport.

The silence within yourself can be realized, once on seat, your mind may go back to your moods you carried at home. Reaching your destination, again makes your thoughts on the present things you need to do.

If you plan to go out, like I love in the upset mood, here are some places to choose from…

-Gardens or parks,

-Café or Library,

-Museum or Art Gallery,

-Beach or Lakeside

For me as said earlier, shops and good market areas fascinate me, the best may be a big MALL, and here I would like to mention some of the positive and good impact or benefits we can get……

Well, here you can read how I had spent my time and how I benefitted myself.

*I chose a place where I have no friends.

*I saw some celebrities, on such trips, lucky me😀

*You will see a large variety of products, possibly what

you wanted to see, but  not had enough time before.

*While you are whiling away your time lazily seeing all those lovely things, which u don't want to buy.

*Take a round of every counter.

*Check on books & stationary shop, some shops allow you to sit and read, cushions are spread, you may find a low bench

*Furniture shop, home décor, clothes-shoes, kitchen items shop etc

*Foot massage with tiny fish you may find, you can enjoy watching others getting done, probably you are not in mood for yourself.

*Multi Cuisine will be available, fast foods, soft drinks, ice creams

*All new tech things you can will discover,

*You will update yourself with what's new in the market.

*You can observe the changed world, presentation, fashion, street fashion etc. or even other things or behaviour which I did not.

*Pick the tags and read details of the product and rates, it ‘may’ help you smile a bit

*Now after your window shopping, if feeling better, sit in an eating lounge (malls are better) open areas or closed one

*Relax, order lavishly your favourite meal. And remember to enjoy every bite. No hurry.

Relax, leisure, glance some nice couples/ babies, etc. They will bring smile to your face.

*While you enjoy your meal, you can give yourself a task of observation. Just an easy example-(keep yourself away from your mobile)

Task examples-Which is a happy couple, lovey dovey couple, wrong couple, sad couple, happy couple, beautiful baby, pets and their behaviour, O that is a good dress colour/print, how fast the staff is serving in the shop, etc (and please, I mean no staring or something on those lines, it’s just a glance and your quick observation counts, simple and nothing more than that, take this in the right spirit, not offending anyone. (It's just a quick observation, while u wait, or sit or eat or sip your cappuccino etc)

Well,

Lastly, you are yourself the best decision maker. For everything.

I can assure you that you will feel fresh & happy, zipping your sad mood for few hours. High possibility, you may have resolved something which made you sad.

Result Expected: is to feel relaxed and good about yourself. Treat yourself royally. Love yourself.......
